These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made directly with Navi Boutique Hotel ("the Hotel", "we", "us") through naviboutiquehotel.com, by email or by phone. Reservations made through third-party platforms, such as Booking.com, are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant platform.
The Hotel is operated by DREAM PROJECT (PVT) LTD, Business Registration No. PV 00284036, Navi Boutique Hotel, Ahangama 80650, Sri Lanka.
1. Reservations
- A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us and the required payment has been received.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival and must be for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the booking.
2. Rates
- All rates are shown in US Dollars (USD), per room per night, and include 18% VAT and daily breakfast.
- Rates vary depending on season and room type. The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of booking.
- Payments made in a currency other than USD may be subject to currency conversion by the card issuer. The Hotel is not responsible for exchange rates or bank charges.
3. Payment
- Online payments are processed securely by PayHere (payhere.lk). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The Hotel never sees or stores your full card details.
- The full amount of the reservation, 100%, is charged at the time of booking.
- Any extras, including food and beverages not included in the room rate, transfers, excursions and other services, must be paid at the Hotel before departure.
4. Cancellations, modifications and no-shows
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the arrival date. In that case, the full amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, as well as in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
5. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: by 11:00.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- A valid passport or national ID is required at check-in for all guests, as required by Sri Lankan law.
6. Adults only
Navi Boutique Hotel is an adults-only property. Guests must be at least 18 years old. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per room.
7. House rules and guest responsibility
- Guests are responsible for any loss of or damage to rooms or Hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
- The Hotel is not responsible for money, jewellery or other valuables left in the rooms. In-room safes are available free of charge.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Pets are not allowed.
- The Hotel may refuse service or terminate a stay, without refund, in case of behaviour that endangers or seriously disturbs other guests or staff.
8. Liability
The Hotel's liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation, except where the law does not permit such a limitation. The Hotel is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural events, government restrictions or utility failures.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
